How can you get ink stains on ACU? Pub-9178256715886550

My girlfriend left pens in my ACU, when she does the laundry and they exploded. Now I have big black spots where my pens go on the sleeve of my ACU. Im sure someone has had this problem, someone knows how to get rid of?

We've all been there. I took my blouse in my bathtub and put spray and wash, which stains were. Then I just rub the fabric against itself to work the cleaner into the fabric. From time to time to get water in there and rubbing keep. I rinse and repeat as necessary and, finally, it vanishes at the point that if you did not know where it stains, you would not notice.
