Payment Policy

1. Method Of Payment

We currently accept PAYPAL as the only method of payment.

Sorry to inform that no other forms of payment is currently accepted.

PAYPAL is our Payment Processing Agent whereby it lets individuals and businesses send and receive fast, easy, and secure payments online. As a buyer you can pay via the following by using PAYPAL:

2. Terms Of Payment

After you have placed the order, you are advised to pay immediately.

If not, you may have 7 working days to retain your order. After which, all your items will be automatically cancelled.


3. Cancel/Change Of Order

Once your payment is made, your order is considered final.

However, you can cancel your order and get a refund and be charged a 5% administration fees on your total payment received. In your refund, it will be deducted with this fee.


4. Confirmation Of Payment

Once we have received your payment, you will be notified via email for the confirmation. Please let us know if you did not hear from us within 24 hrs.


5. Secured Payment

Rest assured that paying online via PAYPAL is the most secure and safe medium. You are protected if you pay via PAYPAL. Any disputes with regards to your payment being lost, misuse or alteration will be handled by PAYPAL in a very professional manner. Please refer PAYPAL website for more details.

After clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button in the checkout page, you will be directed to a PAYPAL’s website with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. By doing this, we will not store any of your bank or card details when you make a purchase from us. This way, all your sensitive information will be encrypted and protected before being sent over the internet.

Shipping Policy

1. Postage/Comined Shipping Calculation

In your “Shopping Basket”, it will reflect your total shipping on your order. This postage is calculated automatically based on the total weight of all your items together with packaging materials. Rest assured that your postage or combined shipment is calculated in a best possible way to minimize your cost.


2. Schedule of Delivery

Once payment is received, we will ship your items within 24 to 72 hrs. We ship daily except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Please note that all PAYPAL payment via eCheque will have to wait until payment clears (usually takes approximately 7 working days compared to cash), ONLY will the shipment be made.


3. Method of Shipment

All shipments stated in your order are shipped via Australia Post bubble pack.


4. Delivery Transit Time

We ship your items ASAP once your payment is received.


5. Express Shipment

If you need an item urgently, we do offer Express Courier Service namely FEDEX or DHL Express. POA


6. Delivery Address

Initially when you registered with us, you are required to provide the address that matches the billing address of PAYPAL that you intend to use. This address will then become your default delivery address. If there is any New Delivery Address, please notify us in advance.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that their delivery details are correct. Therefore, it is advisable to double check your delivery address before proceed to make the payment.

We will not be liable for any lost or non-delivered items due to incorrect shipping details given.


7. Notification of Delivery

All customers will be notified by email once the items have been despatched. Please notify us if you didn’t hear from us after a week.


8. Packaging

All your items will be packed with care in a Bubble Air Padded Envelope. Unless the items cannot fit inside the envelope, we will box it. Rest assured that your item is packaged well before despatch.


9. Non-Arrival Checking

In the event of a non-arrival of an item after the estimated time frame, please notify us via email cidrok@bigpond.com by giving us your order no. We will check and do our best to reply.

If non-arrival after 90 days after lodging the written report, we will consider the item LOST IN TRANSITION. If that is the case, we will send you a Full Refund of the item.


10. Customs and Tariffs

Our prices and postages do not include any custom duties / import taxes / VATs. All customers are responsible for all custom charges and taxations in your respective countries. We are not liable for any taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to give you details of the custom duty as it varies from country to country.
